Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026 · This page applies to AI Crying Trend (crying.trendvideohub.com).
This policy explains what information we ("we", "us") collect when you use this website, what we do with it and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- What you create: the photos you upload, the style you pick and the videos you generate.
- Credits and payments: your credit balance and history and your orders. Card details are entered on our payment processor's page; we never see or store your card number.
- Messages: emails and feedback you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and the times and errors of your requests. We use it to keep you signed in, apply free-usage limits and stop abuse.
- Visit statistics: how the site is used, counted without cookies and without storing your IP address. See Visit statistics below.
You can try some tools without an account. We then give your browser an anonymous guest ID so your results and free credits stay with you.
How we use it
- to run the tools you choose and show you your results;
- to manage your account, credits and payments;
- to send emails about your account: email verification, password resets, receipts and payment problems. We don't send marketing emails;
- to prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service and keep the service safe;
- to fix problems and improve the service, including counting visits and how the tools are used, in aggregate.
Safety checks
To keep sexual content and content involving minors off the service, prompts are checked automatically before they are used, and the AI models apply their own safety checks. We remove location and camera details from photos you upload. Every result carries machine-readable metadata that says it was made with AI.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Plausible Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't store your IP address: the address is used only to work out your country and, mixed with your browser details and a random value that changes every day, to tell unique visitors apart for that day. Nothing in it identifies you, and we don't combine it with your account.
For each visit it receives:
- the address of the page you view, the site that sent you here and any campaign tag in the link;
- your browser, operating system, device type and country;
- clicks on links to other sites and on file downloads, and the fact that a form was submitted (not what you typed in it);
- a few product events: that you signed up (and whether by email or Google), that a generation started, finished or failed (which tool, image or video, and whether you were a guest), that you downloaded a result, and that you started a checkout or completed a purchase (which credit pack).
These events never include your name, email address, prompts, photos, file names or file addresses. We run the statistics ourselves, so this data isn't shared with a third party.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, and only what each of them needs:
- hosting and file storage, for the website, the database and your files;
- AI model providers, which receive your prompt and the photos needed to run the tool you chose, and return the result;
- payment processing, for checkout and refunds;
- email delivery, for account emails;
- security, a bot check on sign-up and on guest generation.
These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people from harm, or as part of a sale or merger of the service, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Our servers and providers may be in other countries than yours. When information is transferred, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.
Cookies
We only use cookies the service needs: to keep you signed in, to remember your guest session and for the bot check. Your browser also stores a few settings on your device, such as light or dark theme, and a short list of the orders already counted in our visit statistics, so a purchase isn't counted twice. Visit statistics don't use cookies, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Files are deleted automatically:
- photos you upload: 7 days after upload;
- working copies we make to resize your photos for an AI model: 1 day;
- results: 30 days for free accounts, and 365 days once you have bought credits (this also applies to results you created before paying);
- guest sessions: a guest's results, credits and data are deleted after 7 days without activity.
You can delete any result yourself from your history. We keep the rest of your account data while your account is open.
When you delete your account in Settings, we remove your name, email address and sign-in details right away, and your files are deleted on the schedule above. We keep records of payments for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleted information may stay in our backups for a limited time before they are overwritten.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, files are stored under random addresses that can't be guessed, and only the people who run the service can access account data, when they need to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your information, to object to or limit how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. You can change your name, email address and password, and delete your account, yourself in Settings; for anything else, email us from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
